ROY LANSDOWN, PRESIDENT

Roy is President and Owner of Panorama Custom Home Builders, Inc. As a third generation builder, Roy’s experience includes cabinetry making, Journeyman electrician and carpentry foreman prior to acquiring his Florida Building Contractor license in 1991. Shortly thereafter Roy purchased Panorama Custom Home Builders Inc. The company has been building fine residences since 1977. Roy attends continuing education classes and workshops’ keeping abreast of what is important and new in the industry. His main objective is to always provide the client with the very best client relations in order to achieve peaceful and pleasant planning - resulting in architectural excellence and expert craftsmanship in their custom home. Originally from Springfield , Missouri, He and his wife, Bobbie, have a son and two grandchildren.

BOBBIE LECROY-LANSDOWN

As Roy’s wife, Bobbie is the owner of Organize Dy Design Studio, Inc. (formerly known as LeCroy Lansdown Design Studio). She has always provided superior work in Panorama's model homes as well as many other Panorama client's homes. She has created dramatic interior and exterior living areas for over twenty years and her great sense of style is reflected throughout Panorama’s models. Bobbie can make your home the magnificent masterpiece of detail and design you have dreamed of. She is from Alabama.

PATRICK LITTLE, SUPERINTENDENT

Pat not only supervises the job for quality and efficiency control but has the attitude to “do whatever it takes to get the job done”. Born in Springfield, Ohio he owned a carpentry business before relocating to Florida. He has been with the company since 2004 and is married to his wife, Stacey and has three children.

RACHELLE SWIFT, OFFICE MANAGER

Originally from Michigan, Rachelle joined the Panorama team in March 2008. She has over twenty years in the real estate and construction industry and manages the office and bookkeeping. She has one daughter.
